Primrose Hill

(Scarf - Paul Smith / Dress - Zara / Hat - ASOS / Cardi - Scotch & Soda / Ring - Pandora / Shoes - Clarks )

Primrose Hill was on my to-do list for a while now, and after a week of hair-pulling academic journal reading (agony) we headed out to Chalk Farm and then to Primrose Hill for an afternoon wander. I thought I'd show you this lovely scarf I received for our anniversary, from Paul Smith. The colours are just the dreamiest - especially the off-red hues and the lazy yellows and blues in between (can you tell I am bad at describing things)! The weather was being a bit icky when we left, so I thought I would brave it and wear this little red number, pretending I'm little red riding hood – result of watching too much Once Upon A Time, with my beige hat and a slouchy cardi :)

We watched Inside Out in the cinema too, and it was the cutest and the saddest film I've seen in a while! Still... you should check it out if you're keen on Pixar films.

Hope everyone had a nice, warm weekend - because it rained all day yesterday and I was not pleased! Tell me about your plans this week yo!

I have to admit, these pictures were made to have a more summer-feel, or more like how I remembered the day we went for a picnic was like. I bought Nugget a picnic basket set for our anniversary (mainly 'cause I wanted to go for picnic more) and we brought it out for a swing. We stocked up on food from M&S and headed to the park, knowing it was probably the most expensive picnic known to mankind. It was breezy and warm, and I remembered it as a green-yellow hue, used my pretentious paper straws to sip on some juice and snacked on gourh-met deli items which I proceeded to spill when we were walking and everything was drenched in olive oil...

We paid a visit to the Serpentine Sackler gallery for an exhibition, checked out the caterpillar-like tent which was very warm. Headed home and watched Begin Again, which is a very cute movie to watch, and I don't care what everyone says about Keira Knightley I like her and the songs are great to sing along to.

We're back in Buckingham this weekend for a visit so if you're besties with me on snapchat you'll get another glimpse of the #countrylyfe. I know y'all love it... Also what does everyone think about these snapshot posts, instead of my usual barely glamorous outfit shots? Not gonna lie, I'm quite proud of how the way these shots turned out, giving something to reminisce when the weather turns chilly.

What is everyone getting up to, lemme know and we can talk below (I'm *so* sociable obviously)!

Maltby Street Market

(Since Vanessa have kindly told me to link my outfit deets, I will)

Dress - UO / Shoes - Clarks / Bag - Kate Spade / Earrings - Dorothy Perkins

Hello party people! It's been a while... My absence can only be explained by working and praying now that my efforts will be rewarded in the form of a job offer. Anyway, last week was my last week and I celebrated by heading to Maltby Street market for some food and drinks. I've never been there, but if you're up for a more niche feel for food markets (think Borough market but more specialised) then check it out... Also being a fan of salt beef, I had to jump on that chance to try out Monty's Deli!
It was very warm, I wanted to wear something lightweight - hence my new (I really got to stop) UO dress that I snapped up from the sale, and my light yellow kitten heels from Clarks which are the comfy-to-go shoes. Knowing me, I wanted something simple but sophisticated and polished, so tadah! Plus, I was beginning to hate wearing black throughout the weekdays... The weather's gone back to cloudy and cold this week (typical London) so I've been lazing around in some high waisted jeans but these bring me back to some sunny good memories!

Happy mid-week everyone, let me know if you have plans/plans to shop even... I'm also moving houses this week, so it's been hectic and stressful - if you're not already my friend on snapchat (cheriectkoh) you're probably missing out on my hilarious one-woman show/monologue party timez. Woo!
